How to Access PXP Financial Support Self-Service Portal and View Tickets

 

1. Navigate to https://www.pxp.io/

 

2. Hover over "Contact Us" and click Contact Support.

 

3. Scroll down and click "Contact us"

 

4. Click "Sign in"

 

6. If you've emailed our Support team before you can click on "Get a password" and follow the steps to complete your self-service account logon. Otherwise you can click on "Sign Up" to set up your account in Self-service from scratch.

7. If entered the "Get a password" section then you can enter your Email Address to obtain an email with password setup instructions

8. Click the "Email" field.

 

9. Type in logon details for Self-Service Portal.

 

10. Click "Sign in"

11. Click on your name to access your account options

 

12. Click on "Requests"

 

13. You can now view a list of your tickets and can click on these to access ticket info, status etc.
