Partner - Inviting a merchant contributor

This guide will show you how to invite a merchant to complete their application within the portal.


Firstly, you will need to click on "New Application" in the portal and the "Start Application"






You must complete the pre-screen application first, once the pre-screen application is completed, an option to “View information” will be available under “Actions” on the merchant application home page.

 

There is a Contributor tab where the you can easily add a contributor by clicking “Add Contributor”

 

 

When you add a contributor, you enter the contributor's first name, last name, and email. You will then receive a link and password to send to the merchant.

 

 

 

The merchant will use the link provided, along with the email and password to access the application.

The merchant will complete the application, and then the status will change to “Upload Documents,” prompting the merchant to upload all required documents.

Both you and the merchant can fill out the application. The user can see who last made changes in the application grid under “Last Modified By.”

 

 

 

Once the application has been completed, an onboarding request is sent to the respective team to create and monitor the project from application received, until the configuration and testing in production has been completed.
