An Arbitration case is presented to the Card Scheme Arbitration Committee. The committee reviews the case and takes a final decision based on the regulations. In case of any conflict arising between the Card Scheme Regulations and the merchant’s Terms and Conditions, the Card Scheme Regulations are final and binding.
