How to Access PXP Support Self-Service Portal and View Tickets

 

1. Navigate to PXP Help Centre

2. Click "Sign in" on the top right corner of the page

3. If you've emailed our Support team before you can click on "Request password" and follow the steps to complete your self-service account login. Otherwise, you can click on "Sign Up" to set up your account in Self-service from scratch.

 

 

4. In the "Get a password" section you can enter your Email Address to obtain an email with password setup instructions

5. Click the "Email" field.

 

6. Type in login details.

 

7. Click "Sign in"

8. Click on your name to access your account options

 

9. Click on "Requests"

 

10. You can now view a list of your tickets and can click on these to access ticket info, status etc.
