How do I sign up to the PXP Status Page?

 

To subscribe to our status page or update your subscription options, please visit status.pxp.io and click on "Subscribe to Updates."

A pop-up will appear, allowing you to select how you want to receive updates (email, SMS, Slack, etc.). You can then enter your information depending on how you would like to be notified: for email, enter your email address, for SMS, enter your phone number.

From there you will be able to select from the list of components you would like to be notified on and once you've selected these, click on "Save" at the bottom of the page.

Lastly, you will be asked to confirm your subscription, via email (for email subscriptions) or OTP (for SMS notifications). 

To update or change your subscription components, please follow the same process as above.

Components

You can customise what services you would like to receive information about, by selecting from the following components: 

Transaction Processing - Any service related to our gateway with the ability to transact. 

Value Added Services - Extra features or services beyond our core product suite, designed to enhance the customer experience. Incl. our DCC service and BIN lookup feature. 

Token Vault - Our services that handle the tokenisation of card data. 

Settlement - All services that affect the act of settling transactions, ie. taking the funds from the cardholder and passing these to the merchant. 

Reporting - Our reporting portals, allowing for transaction lookups and reconciliation. 

Managed File Transfer - Our dedicated platform for file exchange with us. This platform supports HTTPS / FTPS and SFTP protocols.

Help & Support - Our services/tools that handle communication for our support team, whether this is via the Help Centre, Telephone or Email.
