How to Cancel a transaction before settlement?

1. In the menu, tap Transaction history.
2. Tap the transaction you want to void.
3. On the transaction detail screen, tap Void. The terminal begins processing the void request.

Once approved, the void is complete and a receipt is printed.

ℹ️A transaction can't be voided after it has been settled. For settled payments, use refund instead.
