In Outlook, if you are not able to view the QR Code, please click on the yellow line and click on Download Pictures.
If you still do not view the image or have problems scanning the code, you can instead register the new account manually.
Open your 2FA Authenticator app and select the "enter code manually" functionality.
Note: this functionality can be called differently depending on the type/model and operating system of your device.
Then enter the following details to create the account:
account name: "PXP (PaymentServiceAdmin)"
key: FUJCTZMAHDINR (This Key for Illustration Purpose only)
select "Time-based" option
confirm
