You need to inform us if you wish to accept or decline the pre-Arbitration on or before the specified date. When PXP Financial Chargeback Team notify you of a pre-Arbitration, we mention the date by when you need to either accept or decline the pre-arbitration. All pre-arbitrations on which we don’t receive a response from you on or before the deadline (date mentioned in our advisory email) will be accepted by us and the debit applied to your merchant account.
If you accept the case — this will initiate a debit to your merchant account for the transaction and end the dispute.
If you decline the case — you must provide documentation to support the dispute. PXP Financial Chargeback Team will decline the case on your behalf after reviewing the evidence you provide.
