- Accept the case: Accepting liability amounts to closing the dispute. Your merchant account will be debited for the dispute amount
- Decline the case: If you choose to decline a pre-compliance case, the issuer has the right to file a compliance case with the card scheme. You need to provide compelling evidence and documentation if you decide to decline the pre-compliance. The card schemes compliance committee will review the case and decide. Their decision will be final and binding. We will decline a Pre-Compliance, as in the case of other disputes, only after a thorough review of the evidence you provide.
