A chargeback/dispute is a financial loss to you. Once a chargeback notification is received, you need to decide if you wish to accept it or whether you intend to contest it by creating a Representment/Dispute Response. When a chargeback/dispute is received, your merchant account is immediately debited. To successfully defend a chargeback/dispute, you must provide us valid documentation in accordance with card scheme requirements and in accordance with the reason of the chargeback/dispute. This will constitute all available evidence at your disposal to defend the chargeback/dispute.
